Our Texas PolyExtra flags are constructed of a commercial grade 2-ply polyester (PolyExtra) which is a stiffer and thicker than nylon. This material is specifically designed to weather daily wind conditions so you can fly your flag 7 days a week without a worry. The colors remain rich because the fabric is direct dyed at the mill before . For the Texas star, we applique a bright white nylon star onto the red and blue stripes with a zig-zag stitch pattern. We complete our Texas flags by hemming it with T60 thread, the strongest in the industry that can withstand 60 pounds of force.   • PolyExtra is dyed at the mill for rich bold colors that are designed to last against UV exposure and daily wind conditions. Red and white stripe along with the blue star field are sewn together using our proprietary stitching that is designed to flex with the movement of the flag.
  • Texas star is appliqued onto the flag with a bright white polyester star and secured with a zig-zag stitch pattern around the edges of the star.
  • Industrial T60 Thread: flags are sewn with color matched, industrial T60 thread which is able to withstand 60 pounds of force.
  • Long Life Seams: deep ¼” horizontal seams are secured with proprietary stitching to resist tearing.
