Our flags are FMAA certified 100% Made in USA from 100% U.S. sourced materials and labor. Construction of our nylon U.S. flags starts with commercial grade 200-denier nylon that’s dyed at the mill to produce rich, long-lasting color. This fabric is engineered for daily outdoor use so you can fly your flag every day without worry. We embroider our star fields in house to produce bright white, evenly spaced stars for your flag. Next, we carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4” deep horizontal seam (the deeper the seam, the stronger the flag) and secure each seam with our proprietary stitching specially designed to resist tearing by flexing with the movement of the flag. Fly hems are finished with 4 rows of lock stitching, back tacked and reinforced with 102-stitch X-boxes to resist fraying. All seams and hems are sewn with T60 thread which can withstand 60 lbs. of force. For the strongest hoist heading, we complete our flags with heavy duty nine-ounce Poly Sateen and 2 brass grommets. Due to their heavier weight, flags 8x12’ and larger feature heavy chrome D-rings in place of the brass grommets.
