For the Texas star, we applique a bright white nylon star onto the red and blue stripes with a zig-zag stitch pattern. We complete our Texas flags by hemming with T60 thread, the strongest in the industry that can withstand 60 pounds of force.   • Nylon is dyed at the mill for rich bold colors that are designed to last against UV exposure and day to day weather. Red and white stripe along with blue star field are sewn together using our proprietary stitching designed to flex with the movement of the flag.
  • Texas star is appliqued onto the flag with a bright white nylon star and secured with a zig-zag stitch pattern around the edges of the star.
  • Industrial T60 Thread: flags are sewn with color matched, industrial T60 thread which is able to withstand 60 pounds of force.
  • Long Life Seams: deep ¼” horizontal seams are secured with proprietary stitching to resist tearing.
